Dioane Design Plt ("Dioane") is confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. We value our customers and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. As such, we are glad to offer you a generous 14-day money back guarantee policy. If within 14 days after receipt of your purchase you’re not completely satisfied with our products, you are welcome to make a return for a full refund of your item. Kindly refer to the following guidelines: -
Check Product Immediately Upon Delivery
Always check the product thoroughly upon delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery order. If the products were damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the carrier company.
Returning Product For A Full Refund
We strive to display pictures which truely represent our quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within the 14-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order ID and your reasons for wanting a full refund for the products.
Each return request will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. Kindly note that the delivery charges for the return to us will be borne by you. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made towards the returned purchase. The delivery charges will not be refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Before returning any product, be sure to obtain a return authorization note from us. The note will contain a return reference number which will facilitate our communication. This is essential if you wish to have a refund. All product returned MUST be in original and unused condition with original packaging and shipping documents. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept Cash-On-Delivery deliveries. Returns should reach us within 7 days of our issuing a return authorization document. Any claims thereafter will be viewed as invalid.
Use Insured Courier or Registered Mail
Please make any returns via registered mail or insured courier, and be sure to keep the receipt. Dioane cannot be held responsible for any product damaged or lost in transit. Replacements cannot be made if we do not receive the product in good condition.
